perhaps this is the exception rather than the rule. Most Mods are doing fine with the occasional trouble maker that comes along. Rotation every 30 days, I'd have to think more about it.

Term limits on Mod spots (on stock specific boards) not sure but it goes to how a mod was chosen in the first place, they are not voted in.

and on other boards, such as boards that have been abandondon or a board that has never been created such as AMGN that I moderate are doing fine. I don't need any help...So this "new idea" must be considered in a wider range of views before its impact.

oh wait...We could start a Moderating School for Ihub with Certificiates of Completion!!! Just like Traffic School (not a bad idea)

okay after careful thought, I don't like the idea. Its kind of like letting the neighborhood rotate on who is going to be Sheriff ...that could get fun..lol messy but fun.
