Odd Kelly, I am not saying the tech is bad. I do think it works but my only question is the extent of the market RECAF can develop.
You ask why Inverness would pay a million dollars? Well, I personally think they planned on using Abbott as the market leader for the test. I thought that after Abbott presented the information at the 2007 ISOBM that Abbott would indeed take RECAF to market and Inverness probably thought likewise. Remember, Inverness signed three months AFTER that ISOBM presentation. Would they have paid that million if they had known Abbott was not going to proceed? I personally doubt if they would have signed at all but that's just my opinion.
As for the information on Abbott that the "path guy" could not find, the press release is old and has fallen off the list for Abbott. It has been gone for quite a while but no one has ever commented on it. That frustrating redirector on the Biocurex website sends you NOWHERE.
The Path guy has some positive things to say about the test. My only question is why Dr. Moro did not respond.
