Jerry, Doing a Euro-only deal for ADHD/CX-717 is possible, but it would 'balkanize' the ADHD indication. To avoid balkanization, the deal could also include the US rights and CX-1739, but those will be worth a lot more once CX-1739 has completed the Phase 2a ADHD study (2010).

Cortex needs the RD deal proceeds, plus anything else it can raise, to get it to that point. I figure we need approx 1.5 years of cash (approx $20 mil) to get to the next partnerable program (CX-1739/ADHD in mid-2010).
