Given this SEC document release, it will be interesting to see how COR trades today. My own guess: It's being set up for after an RD deal to raise more cash. They are sick to their stomachs about having to be so careful with cash when the scientific future and potential commercial/partnering theme should be moving ahead much faster-I mean Pierre Tran came 1 year ago and has been stifled in his area of expertise, due to balance sheet issues.
