Hi AJ, you have previously noted your doubts that OPEC has any significant control over oil prices. Do you think the cuts they will surley call for will not influence prices? There was a discussion that you pointed out their economies are based on recent high prices as well and they will have difficulties with lower prices. I remember I think 98 when oil went to 10 dollars and the cartel members were said to have all been cheating on the quotas as a result of the very low prices, I am still clinging to the belief that their quotas do effect the pricing and it could happen again soon.
