Trick) Hat Trick is pleased to report that the Petition was ruled in Hat
Tricks favor. The honorable Michael Orfield hearing the Petition, struck down
all of the requests and pleadings made by the Petitioner Henry Ridge.

earlier both verbally and in writing (as outlined in the previous filings of
May 11 2008) that the courts hearing the Petition would rule in HKBV favor.
Mr.Larry Twombly, Director of HKBV cold drink division, and Hat Tricks X CEO,
said "It has always been our position that this was a meritless and a
malicious petition."
Mr. Sender Vaiser HKBV current CEO said "We are busy with the preparation
of the upcoming Chicago show, and the launch of a brand new product with a
well known International brand. This new product is in addition to the

HKBV is currently in the process of negotiating with another possible merger
candidate, completely opposite of Tango Cafe, yet in the beverage industry as

as our critic has been posting on Investor chat lines to drum up support for
his own agenda.
