No one is going to put up more money until the
results on Atryn are known. In this financial
market Cox is not exactly in the driver's seat,
unless a new white knight comes along, which is
doubtful. It appears that Ovation has placed their
gamble and is willing to wait for the FDA.

Frankly, I am surprised that LFB doesn't just
wait for BK and pick up the pieces for nothing,
although Termeer might enter the picture when he
gets something for nothing.
