All I can say about that is through the years there have been many people playing with their kitchen microwave ovens and creating companies, getting grants but mostly scamming investors with claims that they've discovered a way of nuking tires into oil with what they learned from their kitchen appliance.

The fact is Frank initially had the idea and some money and Carl Everleigh had the intelligence to discover the real deal that actually works best and more efficient using that which no one else could afford or had access to.
