Seems to me if the stock is tradeable we have the right to attempt it...Now if the company is anti-US and tradable on the US markets, I bet shorting would be best...

posting civil disputes, by an organized group, on a stock board in an attempt to cause harm to a stock...well, thats another matter all together isn't it.....
