in 2003 the company had 83 million assets and their stock price fell to under 1 cent with out a single share from them sold ummm
why would they wait until triple zero area to sell shares>???
I mean really you would have to be the dumbest person on the planet to wait until nss pushed your stock this low
oh wait nss pushed it this low and nss is still selling shares
I highly doubt the company is if they company is selling shares im sure it is restricted for a year and at a much higher price....
