Gene has told People NO R/S why would he need to R/S when he can put a pr stating the exchange they are moving to and the date and thus causing a panic for the NSS thus the price skyrockets and the price to meet the new exchange is met

rcch was invited to the nyse so im sure they are worth enough to go to another exchange the pps now only means that someone is trying to put this company out of business which wont happen....
