Helm, I agree with what you said. I was just saying that we all should be somewhat comforted from the fact that the company too is feeling the pinch of a low share price in which they have taken action by pro-actively setting up a new securities attorney to take care of us shareholders. I think the company realized that they had to to something and they had to do it fast. This new securities attorney will "hopefully" ward off the illegal manipulation and help this stock move on its own merit. So, if the company is feeling the pinch too, they (HFBV) are going to pro-actively do everything in their power to take it out of the ditch so they too can benefit and sell their restricted shares when the time comes. Hopefully soon!
In regards to the information Ihubbers dig up, anybody that uses the info to bash is not helping anybody. I agree with you 100%. Let me clarify what I was trying to say...Maybe the waves of interpretation got muddled. The internet holds information on businesses corporate past successes and unfortunately mistakes and sometimes the past is a good predictor of the future. To date, HFBV has a pretty good past, not perfect, but not bad. They've changed hands and company direction and have made a good go of it so far. Now, I'm sure that most of us don't give a rats behind if Cyndi R. sued Tom, Dyck and Harry in a pharmacutical case. Interesting info,... yes! Does it have a bearing on HFBV???...probably not.
What is relavent is that the company has a past history, that they have changed direction and business names, they have changed directors, and that they have changed shares. All this is relavent info, especially how they evolved from a consulting firm and how they made the transition to a national/international beverage company. I'm glad this past info can be dug up. Negative or not, it all has a bearing. Thank goodness for our sakes, its mostly positive. With that said, all the company info (past & present) we have, it gives a breath of confidence that they have past experience to get the job done. I do get your point about gossip and trying to dig info up to prove a certain slant is useless and damaging. Anyway, I just wanted to clarify...
