Shorting Stocks (Naked Shorting as in Berlin)
Has anyone ever gotten a solid answer on this issue?
It seems to me, when you consider we ready don't trade on the Berlin Stock Exchange but are listed there, we are at the very least exposing CYGX to naked shorting.
I believe after following CYGX for 5 years that the stock has been shorted in a naked manner in the past year. This would explain many things regarding PPS. At least a little of it.
The common sense move here would be get out of a dangerous situation especially considering the lack of good it does - namely GET OFF THE BERLIN STOCK EXCHANGE at least until it could do some good instead of just bad exposure. Lets not wait till there is an exposure on Dateline or 60 Minutes.
I wonder if we delisted a stock which is not even trade on this exchange if there would be a stampede to cover shorts - I don't know - it's not my area. Do the shorts exist?
By the way - who is this "LO"?
Looks like he's starting to really hurt some other investors - Of course anyone who would puts any creedence into his babblings may deserve same.
Please all, listen to what makes sense, as in common sense - we have an excellent gamble here in something really good - not all good things make it but some do and they often are the BIG ones - lets not blow it at this point - this is why some of us have been there for 5 years plus. And I must add, many of these people here are very impressive.
