I am telling the truth.
You will know that in due course, as I am preparing to start producing videos, one of which possibly could be to further explain what happened. I am not really in favor of that, as I want to truly put the past behind me, but if enough posters taunt me and want to see them, I may do it.

Anyway, let me try to answer your questions. First of all, I have never seen any pink sheet company or OTCBB company pay a cash dividend. I have seen a few pay stock dividends, however. A stock dividend is really nothing that special. This is where the company simply gets the printing presses going and puts out more stock. So the critical question becomes, if the dividends happen next summer, is it stock or cash? Stock will simply increase the number of shares out. Keep in mind I have seen lots of companies say a dividend is coming and it never happens too. Did this company say a dividend is coming? Or did it say a dividend is possible.

Next the qualification question. If the company was paying a cash dividend and decided to do a reverse split and went to a real stock exchange the reverse split probably wouldn't be that big of a deal for those who hang on. If, however, it is just another stock dividend, especially with restricted stock, that would smell bad. At that point, in my opinion, the stock would act the same way most stocks that do reverse stock splits trading on the OTC do, down, down, down. Then again, it comes down to how big the reverse stock split would be. They could reverse everyone out. In other words, the reverse could be so huge, say take it to $40 per share, that everyone here and most investors out in the public would be so watered down that the stock price could actually hold up as long as some buyer was in place to keep the stock price up.

Then it would come down to if the company and its high stock price could really get accepted by the NASDAQ, AMEX or NYSE. I have never seen this scenario happen, ever. I saw maybe three stocks out of thousands apply for and be accepted by a large exchange. I believe these companies failed sometime after they went to the larger exchange.

Again, the correct way to go to real Wall Street is via a professionally underwritten IPO by institutions. History proves that the OTC Pink Sheets and OTCBB is NOT the correct way to do it. That is why if this company does it it would take the world by storm.

What price did you pick up your restricted stock directly from the company for? That would be interesting to know.

Good luck to you and take care.
