High net worth individuals, the millionaires jbog referenced, are growing at rates faster than GDP.

I'm old fashioned. As GDP increases, I think wealth should increase. So you can colour me skeptical when wealth creation exceeds GDP increases. What are those people getting wealthy off of?

My bet is that the leverage in the market was a factor in the discrepancy between wealth and GDP. That is why I think it is unsustainable.
