You can huff and you can puff, but unless Global Detector incorporated it is NOT a subsidiary of Paradigm. Stockholders in Paradigm own nothing in Global Detector.

Global Detector is just what it says it is on its web site:
"Global Detector is a supplier to Distributors, Dealers, and individual industry members.

It does not say subsidiary of Paradigm anywhere. Paradigm links to Global Detector on its web site as a distributor and dealer of its products. Just like the numerous links on Paradigmtactical.com - those are not subsidiaries either.
