We are talking past each other. Let's try and get on the same page.
Three companies are claimed.
Paradigm Tactical Products -A Delaware Corporation
Paradigm Global Products - A division of Paradigm Tactical
Global Detector -A sole proprietorship owned by James Dahl
Is there some doubt about how they are formed and that there are THREE (3) of them?
My point is that Global Detector is a seperate company and, because it is a sole proprietorship (of Jim Dahl), it can NOT be a subsidiary of anything else. A sole proprietorship may not have two masters -not even husband and wife.
What you were told by the sales rep can not be true.
If Global Detector were to incorporate, or take on a partner (Paradigm), or be bought by Paradigm, it could no longer be a sole proprietorship.
Is that what you think happened? All the documentation says it did not happen. Nowhere do I see Global Detector, Inc or Global Detector LLC.
Let me ask this - Do you think Global Detector is a sole proprietorship?
