did you get your discount coupons to get the converter boxes.. you can get 2 from your local pbs station (usually).. and then buy the converter where they sell them...i placed my order over the phone...

i heard the reason for switching to hdtv was to free up the airwaves that tv is currently transmitted on for law enforcement and the military... i wonder why the current airwaves the police use isnt enough?
