I did receive the court dockets, complaint, and related info. My lay-person (non-lawyer) readings did not indicate additional information other than what I have posted. The ACG case is still waiting for service and is due to expire 12/03/2008. The Gemstone case sought attachment of Paradigm stock but subsequent motions were about Locate Plus stock.

My interest in the Gemstone case was to try and explain the AH activity and how long it might continue. Further information may be in the court file for the case but it would require sifting through hundreds of pages and copying what is needed. My interest does not go that far and it is only a curiosity to try and explain the source of the AH trading.
