Most biotech companies believe they are different in way that is not comparable to others. When Erbitux reduced tumor size in 12 of 14 head and neck cancer patients that was different. When Byetta seemed to indicate beta cell regeneration and set up a trial with the NIH to look for it, that was different. When Tysabri indicated reversal of disease effects in MS that was different. What PVCT has in a compound that affects cancer cells and leaves normal tissue completely alone is different. That is the cancer silver bullet. They have over 400 animal cases where the tumor has completely ablated in dogs, cats, cows, horses, you name it. What NSTK had for nasal drug delivery was supposed to be different. And I believe what NNVC has for viruses is different.

I have heard for 15 years how big pharma is desperate for new drugs. But in my experience, they are rarely willing to pay up in a way that is acceptable before there is PII data on which to base decisions. Maybe NNVC will be the exception, but in these times, I wouldn't be dissappointed if there is no deal before at least some human data is available.

You can see the reaction on the Biotech value board when you mention NNVC. Not interested is putting it nicely.

Not being negative, but trying to be realistic.
