TIGER, you way of seeing this world is interesting but it is easy to construct an argument that uses your examples and comes to the opposite conclusion. You know this very well. I think you enjoy being a steely intellectual conservative hard-ass on this stuff but I also believe you know the opposing arguments.
Your argument about reality and how a stock price represents reality is not worth commenting on and you know it. The entire theory of Graham and Buffet and the adage of "buy low", when others are throwing the stock to the wolves, is based on a "hidden reality" that others do not see in front of their noses at a given time. You know this very well. If we have learned one fact, from the mess of the past two months, it is that hardly anybody knows a goddam thing. All the talk, all the experts, all the interviews on the cable networks and all the subscriber newsletters and services add up to authoritative-looking nonsense. And I mean utter nonsense.
Some of us think CYRX is an incredible find. I am one of those people. Others think it is speculative and cannot be judged or evaluated at this time. Perhaps you are of that camp. In the final analysis, time and developments will tell us all that we need to know. Some bet on success and others sit and wait for failure or for further developments. At this moment in time, neither camp is correct.
