We were all expecting a pop on good RD results, but the fact is the stock is way down since those results were made public. I don't expect a significant uptick on good news, if it comes, re pursuing the ADHD indication in Europe, or good sleep apnea results, or the announcement of a partnership -- as Mark Varney wrote, "As you may appreciate, the financing environment is tough, and the terms are not too favorable." It doesn't sound like he is expecting a bonanza from any deal Cortex will be able to negotiate.

That's why I suggested they make get only enough cash to sustain operations for about a year, maybe a little longer. Maybe an ADHD deal, maybe an RD + sleep apnea deal, and then again, maybe not. I'm not encouraged.

And don't forget, we're coming into tax-loss selling season soon, which may put an added damper on the stock price.
