Again, you have it exactly backwards...

The correct way to look at it... if you know anything about running a business...
If they have an opportunity to have multimillions in revenues next year, and they have to pay the bills that will enable them to attain those revenues, then where in the world are the monies to pay the bills that will get them there going to come from ?
This isn't rocket science investing, or even Investing 101, it is more like balancing your checkbook ?
Similarly, by your logic, if you discover the richest gold mine in the world, the surest way to profit from it, is to NOT raise the capital you need to put the mine into operation ?
And the most rational investment choice you can make, when the mining company sells shares to get over the final hurdles to get the mine into production, is to sell at the lows just before they open the mine and begin production ?
At least, we know we won't have to put up with this logic for very long...
