There's no way to truly tell, the PRs have been very vague about it. Speculation is as early as next Monday (with Newton returning to the US) and as late as December 31 (end of the year). The original PR stated that a timeline/info would be given during Q3 of this year, it is not Q4. We should know something soon I'd hope. Either way, it is planned to happen. I think all the paperwork has been filed, and now we're waiting on auditing and finalization to finish - which is soon.
