I hope not. I fear that we have not seen the bottom yet in regards to the price of oil. One can only hope, by this time next year we have a stable world economy. Only then might you see the market and economy able to withstand a rise in oil prices. To be honest, if you haven't lost your butt in this market, you are doing something very right, or lucky as crap.
