Authorized shares.

It was maxed out Norwegian, 312Million outstanding shares, 312Million authorized.

Now you have 312Million outstanding, and 750Million authorized.

So that means the company for the hell of it increased A/S, but they won't sell any shares since they are making gobs of money or something like that.
