Surely, no value at all here...
I'm shocked, shocked, that a company with big plans and a whole lot new going on right now... might need to raise capital to help make it happen. Honestly, you'd think that if they needed additional capital to grow the business, they'd go out and steal it or something, instead of doing this. Maybe, get a bailout from Congress ? I really hate investing in those kinds of companies that will sell stock when $$ is necessary, for them to invest it in growing the business... because of accelerations in how the business developments are going ? I much prefer buying shares in early stage companies that don't need capital to grow... because they aren't growing ?

Of course, the proper questions are... will new $$$ be well invested in growing some key aspect of the business, or is the need for capital right now an indication of something else. That a company needs investment to execute a plan, isn't in itself an indication that the plan is a bad idea, that it isn't a good idea, or a really, really excellent idea ?
I think it will likely be pretty interesting to see where they are going with this...
