Again, two points - I should have the docs to support my theory tomorrow or Friday - the Gemstone v Latorella (Paradigm Tactical) lawsuit court records. My theory is that Latorella was required to give Gemstone his shares in Paradigm -probably a lot of them. The theory continues that Gemstone just wants to cash the shares and apply the proceeds to Latorella's debt.

Now, it would be irresponsible to dump the shares - shareholders and MMs would lose as their holdings decreased in value until the market could adsorb the shares. So, a deal is struck, probably under some MM provision, to cash the shares at the least impact to the market. But the process still keeps the price from rising much until it is complete. Paradigm shows 840 million shares OS. How many did Latorella have? Hope docs get here tomorrow.

Second - I read Cammarata's quote as uncharacteristicly negative (but realistic)as to immediate prospect of TSA or military sales:
"While these very large sales require a longer cycle to complete they also have the potential to provide substantially higher sales for us in 2009."
