i am not particularly interested in debating with terriers. there are some that wear a color of jersey that is different than pragmatists, and no matter what is said, they will bark, in a manner such that unless they can be antagonists and yap from the safety of being behind a screen door, they do not feel part of their "group" and rely on feeling smug at trying to belittle others.

It is like a blowfly that feels great that he just found some raw flesh to eat, but fails to notice it is stuck in the teeth of a lion, right before he becomes part of the meal.

In other words, they find some small particle of being right, but are totally oblivious to the situation at hand. Which is a thought that is more apropos to Soxfan, but since he is not gracing us with his self-aggrandizing smugness today, ersatz sum will have to suffice.
