The perception? That seems obvious to me. There's alot of waiting to see what happens, and there's some hedging...either through selling some shares to lower risk, or buying more to average down. Once a direction becomes evident, liquidity won't be a problem. Many are ready to pull the trigger either way, imo.

For me personally, the Q will tell me if my trade is fundamentally sound. Without a positive update on TV distribution, I don't see market perception changing that much. But I've been wrong many times on this trade. And this time I hope my streak continues...
