Chuck Baldwin breaks Constitution Party record for votes -
and tops Barr in 5 States -

Eventhough Baldwin was on the ballot in ONLY 37 States he still
broke the record

write-ins still being counted in many states but according to
this article Chuck Baldwin just broke the Constitution Party's
vote total record which was set by Howard Philips in 1996.
No-name Chuck Baldwin also topped the well known Congressman
from Georgia Bob Barr(who also got a lot of media) surprisingly
in States where Ron Paul has strong support like Utah, Idaho,
Nebraska, South Dakota, and Oregon.
Baldwin also got more votes than the Congresswoman from Georgia
& the green party's nominee Cynthia McKinney
