You should do a bit more DD on Mina Mar and what they have done to ALL of their stocks. This baby quadrupled the O/S in MONTHS. Each time they increase the A/S and O/S, it wasn't reported until MONTHS after the fact. Do I know for a fact that they're not diluting? No. Can I confidently predict that they have been diluting???
