Well, shares have been issued when an aquision has been done. And afterwards no shares have been put on the marked.

Nearly every company issues shares when buying other companies. So dont want to buy any shares any more when there was a dillution some time ago?

for the last months, no dilution took place!

... not a buy or a sell recommendation - just my personal opinion!
