It seems to me that if a 'sticky note' can be proven to be a lie, then Admin could PM the poster and ask him to take it down. I honestly don't know, but when one is so obviously lying on a stock with NO bid, false info, and knowingly doing it to lure newbies in...that there should be something that can be done.
