Unfortunately, since Bush and the Congress shredded the Constitution, Obama can now "suspect" you of something, and he has the power to bypass all courts and judges and permissions and your rights as an American, and have you and your family wiped from the face of the earth like you never existed. I've heard liberals say, "Have you seen that happen?" If it did, you would NOT see it. That is the point. The fact that it even CAN now happen is worse than a crime.
