Wizard, many of your claims are false... Here's a few examples:

"Independent DD shows Hagemeyer is “in discussion and nothing formal agreed"
Yes there is a formal agreement. Independent DD is not always accurate.

"no sales of anything for over a year = no profits"
Really? Paradigm has already had sales of the Stealth Sensor.

"Company ignores emails and telephone calls requesting basic information by shareholders."
The company has answered mine, and many other shareholders emails and phone calls. Not responding to emails and calls from anyone, who might have legal issues with the company, is understandable.

"Paradigm is a distributor of Sam Young wand and walk-through in the US"
Wrong! Paradigm is the LARGEST distributor.
