I find the TOS is needed more often in those cases as the paid rarely remove an attack on a "basher" but rather leave it until admin takes it off..

I have no problems removing BS post, if I feel it warrants it...and I usually handle the discussion in PM to avoid noise on the board....most times, a person has 15 minutes to adjust the post so it would remain....this however is not the case on many boards...

When an IRP posts on a topic (with tag) and deletes responses about that topic, that "mod" needs to be removed....THAT is obvious guidence and promote of bullish or bearish sentiment....
