What? You said "To vote yes will cause massive dilution...etc" Why? It MIGHT cause dilution if the loan is not paid back by June but that is not a given. I do not that see that the R/S has to happen coincidental to the vote. A R/S if it occurs would be closer to a last gasp and we are definitely not there yet. May we never be. bp
