I just talked with Dirk A. for about 13 mins. I explained to him that I am a shareholder and have been concerned that when I called, that I would find that there was no one there anymore. He assured me that they were there and trying hard to make some small changes that will help the company.

He said that they were done with the shows for the year and did get some sales. He choose to remain quiet at this time until spring with no PR's. He didn't want to just turn out PR's that would artifically inflate the price of the stock.

He is also looking forward to things being different in the spring. He is looking for new gov't solar inceptives, a new Presidental administration and a few other things that will help grow the company.

I reminded him that shareholders want assurance that this is an actually company that is trying and not a pump and dump. Also that shareholders want to see some transparency. I told him that I would like to see PR's every 2 weeks or even 3 or 4 weeks apart. He could see where I was coming from and gave me his word that he would go to the board and talk with them about more PR's.
