That would be a good idea for PR's. I think the sticky is a bad idea in the fact that a lot of times the paid promoters are mods of the stock boards they are pumping and of course they are going to use the sticky feature to pump easier. Here is an example of a sticky to suck in all the noobs. This guys homemade pump video. Not saying he is a paid pumper but you get the idea.
