Now who's info to believe to believe, a poster on a internet chat board who claims they have some lawyer friend or the Clerk of the alleged court the suit is filed in? I'd go with the Clerk not releasing info b/c THERE IS NO INFO TO RELEASE.

And the O/S and dilution thing, who to believe PDGT's PR's where they have MISLEAD before or the T/A who is responsible for the true share structure as they release the shares, etc.? I'd go with the T/A info and PDGT HAS GAGGED THEM FROM RELEASING INFO, WHHHHYYYYY???????? B/C IMO THEY ARE DILUTING, HAVE BEEN DILUTING, OR PLAN TO DILUTE IN THE NEAR FUTURE.
