Yes, I should call. Just being lazy and RookE was bugging them already.

As to the bending of truth -who is doing it -Vinny or Paulson, there is middle ground still. It could be filed but not served -Paulson is notoriously difficult to serve in Canada. Or it could be that jurisdiction is being disputed.

That's why I ask for why RookE can not say more and the number of the case -makes it easier if I need to call.
