I just got word from my lawyer friend. In the interest of not getting him in trouble this is what I will share:
There is a case pending.
Paradigm is the plantiff.
ACG is the defendant.
I have more info that I am not able to share at this time.
Bottom line:
THERE IS A CASE AND IT HAS BEEN CONFIRMED WITH COURT CLERKS!!!!!
