Saturn: This becomes a "turns business" environment. Customers do not place orders weeks or months ahead, since they can buy immediately. This typically leads to even worse visibility into the business.

Well, that's what Intel said in the CC. They are now managing inventory tighter. I'm not sure you can shut down one fab our of four and keep the other 3 at full cap, but maybe that's what they have to do.
