Well not what was expected.

Ket statements

Net sales in the third quarter of 2008 were $14.7 million, up 90.8% from the third quarter of 2007. Net income was $148,984 compared to $3.7 million a year ago.

Seems they continue to win lots of work and continue to grow but this quarter they really ran into cash flow and more than normal expenses for them.

No real ststement of how to correct what happened other than they expect it to be better in the future kind of wording.

Judging form the state of asian economic issues not to unexpected.
