What "facts" are you referring to? That Martineau was "convicted"? The information that you posted here (for which I thanked you) showed that he was the recipient of a "cease and desist order. Are you referring to the innuendo in your question, "Do you think he stopped doing it in those 10 years?" An interesting question, but not "facts". Are you referring to the "threats" that Trader-B is throwing at you? I read his post. There are no threats there.

So give us some facts, already.
