IMO they are not the same. One is MMA Holdings and the other is MMA World Holdings. MMA World Holdings seems to have been in biz for several years with their various MMAmadness sites, and their offices are based out of CA. Honestly I cannot find out much about MMA Holdings or their date of incorporation, but best I know it's a fairly new organization. I do see that the reelMMA site has a banner ad for mmaMadness, but I think that's just coincidenctal. Jason of LG Sports Marketing is a very sharp guy and he no doubt affiliates with as many other like-minded groups as he can.
If someone knows better, they should make the correct information known.
