Lets see PDGT goes to Hagermeyer says hey we have a great product we want you to sell, We can supply you with the product, we want x amount of dollars to do this.
Hagermeyer says thanks PDGT but we dont need to pay the middle man ( who is PDGT ) we are just going to get the product ourselves.
If this was the case why would PDGT go to Hagermeyer, They went there because Hagermeyer IMO can not get product without PDGT.
