All these Guys need to do is become a cohesive unit with a clear Leader and they will become successful. Perhaps they require an intervention by a Mental Health Professional who can straighten their collective Egos out. I worked in the Entertainment Business for years. The Group required constant attention from impartial counselors in order to keep us focused on our Jobs or we would have broken up. Counseling made the differene between going broke and becoming successful. IMHO
