The vote at the 2008 annual meeting was to authorize a reverse split, which all large shareholders supported to ensure that GTC did not lose its Nasdaq listing.

The proposals before shareholders on 12/10/08 are altogether different. They will pass only if at least some of the large shareholders vote as management desires.
